These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the Ravani International BV webshop.
Ravani International BV sells fresh fruits and vegetables. Because these are natural products, weight, shape, and color may vary slightly from the images on the website.
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Any delivery charges will be clearly displayed before completing your order.
An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer receives an order confirmation by WhatsApp Messages or e-mail after successful payment.
We aim to deliver orders within 1–2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times stated are indicative and not final deadlines.
The liability of Ravani International BV is limited to the amount of the order in question, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
